This study determined the difference between the demographic factors and satisfaction influential factors of Vietnamese students toward Taiwan Universities. In addition, this study explored the relationships between student’s preparation and six influential satisfaction factors and the overall satisfaction. Finally, this study analyzed the influence factors influencing the Vietnamese students’ satisfaction toward Taiwan Universities. This study used an online questionnaire to survey 311 Vietnamese students studying in Taiwan. The survey instrument used in this study was modified from Chien (2011) which comprised of students’ preparation and six influential satisfaction factors: education, social and cultural support, infrastructure and administrative support, economic considerations, safety, and image and prestige of institutions and these factors were assumed influencing overall satisfaction of Vietnamese student toward Taiwan education institutions. Major conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Generally, Vietnamese students perceive a high degree of satisfaction toward Taiwan education institutions. 2. Vietnamese students studying private Universities given a higher degree of satisfaction toward the safety aspect than those who studying in public universities in Taiwan. 3. The longer time that Vietnamese students had studied in Taiwan, the more they are satisfied with the education and image and prestige of the institution. 4. The students who felt they were better prepared before coming to Taiwan showed the higher satisfaction with Education, Social and Culture Surport, and Image and Prestige of Institution of Taiwan’s Universities. 5. The student’s preparation and all six influencing factors exhibited significant relationships with overall student satisfaction but only four independent variables were significant predictors of the overall student satisfaction, the four variables are infrastructure and administrative support, image and prestige of institution, education and safety which explains 52% of the total variance.
