Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 非營利組織經營管理碩士學位學程在職專班 === 104 === In order to probe the similarities and differences between the public-private partnership under formal and informal treaties thoroughly, this study presents the cooperation history and the elements of establishing partnership by interviewing nine public and private sectors’ members. The results of this study are the followings: 1. The process of partnership should be dynamic state instead of linear. 2. The public and private sector should face the difficulties confronted by their partnership cooperatively. 3. Partnership may need a long-lasting management. 4. Partnership could facilitate public and private sectors’ growth. 5. The public and private may eventually lead to alliance if their partnership strengthen. This study suggests that under the partnership, public sectors could not only support new nonprofit organizations’ growth by their credibility and visibility but also act as external resources. On the other hand, private could increase their energy to establish own brands. When it comes to the public and private sectors’ cooperation mechanism, this study suggests that the sectors should break through the boarders in between and clarify the misconceptions of equality to establish true partnership.
