Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 體育研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of the physical fitness education model integrated with TPSR on personal and social responsibility and physical fitness. This research adopted the method of quasi-experimental design and chose two classes in one primary school in Taoyuan County as subjects. The experimental group is the group of fitness education model integrated with TPSR, with 11 males and 9 females of 11.45±0.23 years old; the control group is the group of fitness education model, with 10 males and females of 11.32±0.32 years old. The results of the TPSR questionnaire and the test of physical fitness before and after the experiment are set as comparative data. T test of samples and univariate analysis of variance are adopted to analyze the data. The results are as follows: a. Physical fitness education model integrated with TPSR plays a great role on the improvement of the students’ personal and social responsibilities. b. Physical fitness education model plays a great role on physical fitness performance, and has no effect on students’ personal and social responsibilities. c. The group of fitness education model integrated with TPSR has better results in the learning outcome of personal and social responsibility and physical fitness than that without. The following conclusions can be drawn: physical fitness education model and that integrated with TPSR greatly enhance students’ physical fitness. Physical fitness education model integrated with TPSR helps students develop responsibility through group learning and the competition of various fitness games; the spare time is utilized and the significance of physical fitness on the ego is emphasized, so its effect on enhancement of responsibility is better than physical fitness education model.
