Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 104 === No matter in the media or on academic journals, gap between academia and practice has been an issue stressed for a long time; however, a couple of years have passed, and no great improvement of such phenomenon has been seen. Hence, the research follows the perspective of research orientation-value judgment, discusses the possible causes of such difference, adds discussions on the consideration factors in reality, and further understands the compromises between value judgment and reality considerations, with an aim to comprehend the holistic view of such phenomenon. Compared to the previous discussion approach of difference research using secondary data, we hope to conduct our research by physical interview with workers in practice and workers in academic fields, finding their thinking patterns and consideration factors, to furthermore understand the differences of value judgment on both sides, while also having a closer look at information of workers in practice to have a more detailed depictions on the opinion of both sides. The research takes the academic workers specified in organizational talent management and the workers in practice in small and medium-sized businesses in Taiwan declared by Ministry of Science and Technology, R.O.C. as the sampling population, and picks 40 interviewees by purposive sampling to conduct one-on-one in-depth interview. The result shows: 1. an obvious divergence on value judgment exists among the academic community and practical community of organizational talent management in Taiwan; 2. the compromises of value judgment and reality consideration will generate difference among academic community and practical community. Generally speaking, this research does not only help with the aspect of possible existence of organizational talent management difference in academic and practical fields but also provide fundamental suggestions to bridge the gap between academic and practical fields.
