First,the researcher analyzed relevant literature reviews, worked out the Delphi technique preliminary survey, carried on the content examination by experts,and then collected their opinions to develop the official Delphi technique survey. Afterwards, three rounds of survey were conducted by the expert group of university professors in related departments,contest judeges and supervising teachers in the competition, and then the collected data was analyzed by using Mean, Standard Deviation,Mode and Kolmogorov-Smirnov one-sample test, so that we can understand the importance of the indicators expressed by Delphi technique experts and whether the opinions were concordant. According to the research purposes, the indicators of the contestant’s capability for National Industry-Related Skill Competition of High School Students in Commercial Wiring include three domains (cognitive, affective, and psycho-motor), six dimensions ( General subjects, Discipline, Information Technology ,Professional skills,self-management,and community life), nineteen subdivisions and Eighty-nine items. Among the items, eighty-six items are considered significant, which manifests that the panel of Delphi experts agreed that the contestants of National Industry-Related Skill Competition of High School Students in Commercial Wiring should had these qualities. Finally, according to these findings,recommendations are provided to the supervising teachers and contestants in order to enhance the effectiveness of training.
