Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the research of Changhua County’s basic administration polices’ organizational identity, job involvement and job performance. Total 650 questionnaires were sent, 606 questionnaires were returned, and there were 535 valid questionnaires. Frequency distribution, percentage statistic, T-test, one-way analysis of variance and related analysis were used for the statistical analysis. According to the results, our research summarized conclusions as follows. 1. Changhua County’s polices appeared moderate level on organizational identity, job involvement and job performance’s cognition. 2. Changhua County’s organizational identity differed from genders, ages, police education, years of service, professional titles, residences, job types and marital status. 3. Changhua County’s job involvement differed from ages, police education, years of service, professional titles, job types, residences and marital status. 4. Changhua County’s job performance differed from genders, ages, police education, years of service, professional titles, job types, residences and marital status. 5. Changhua County’s polices’ organizational identity had positive effect on job performance, while job involvement had positive effect on job performance, and organizational identity had positive effect on job performance. 6. Changhua County’s polices’ job involvement assimilated into organizational identity, which helped to upgrade job performance.
