To wondered spin pumping, as the difference between the ferromagnetic material of CoFeB and NiFe, we measure ferromagnetic resonance and inverse spin Hall voltage of the following samples: single Py 10 nm、CoFeB 10 nm,and Ta(10 nm)/Py(10 nm)、Ta(10 nm)/CoFeB(10 nm) bilayer. The parameters used are often seen on the paper thickness of 10 nm. From the experimental, ferromagnetic resonance linewidth ΔH and the damping constant the value Increase, NiFe are larger than the CoFeB, that's, it produces more pure spin current. From the voltage analysis, CoFeB is asymmetry more than NiFe on the voltage spectrum, on the curve ,have relatively large gap between the experiment and theory, there may be other means that may affect the voltage signal generation, such as the magnetic anisotropy.
