Since maintaining power system reliability for traffic control equipment under normal operation is very important. Therefore, how to solve the problems of traffic control power system in the shortest time is the purpose of this thesis. In this thesis, the introduction of national highway traffic control system equipment type and its functions are presented first. And then, the overview and architecture of the power monitoring system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, SCADA) is introduced also. We use the Taipower power system as an example. In this study, the SCADA system is used in National highway power system. Based on the actual design of the study, we analyze the planning benefit and to reduce maintenance cost and repair time.
