碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導與諮商學系所 === 104 === This study was aimed to investigate the Malaysian who married and face the emotional temptation beyond marriage and struggle about it. The researcher invited 12 married people who had faced the emotional temptation beyond marriage to participate in this study and their ages are between 37 till 62 years old. Through the grounded theory analysis contents, understand about the process of married people who faced the emotional temptation beyond marriage and struggle. After integrated the experience of 12 participants, the outcome of the study are listed below: Married people always face the emotional temptation beyond marriage, for those who are able to strengthen their marriage would help themselves to enhance against attractive force beyond marriage. To strengthen the marriage consists of: First, adhering to ethics; Second, comply with experience; Third, aware the consequences; Fourth, concern of the family. The attraction beyond marriage include: a continuation with formal lover; Second, the rise of the new relationship; Third, complementary of missing; Fourth, increase the pleasure; Fifth, quality relationship; Sixth, deep desire. When a married person face the emotional temptation beyond marriage, they will go through struggling process, which include the struggle of cognition and behavior; Second, the struggle of pleasure and troublesome; Third, the struggle of rational and emotional. After sometimes of struggling, it will often enter the period of decision making, some decide to enter an affair relationship, some refuse to enter an affair relationship. The strategy of refuse to enter an affair stated accordingly, First, cut off the fate; Second, stop the desire; Third, aware the consequence; Fourth, value of the promise; Fifth, transfer the thoughts; Six, the affection sublimated to friendship Finally, the outcome of this study is to propose to those married people who face the temptation of an affair, their spouse face the temptation of an affair, premarital counseling or premarital education courses practitioners, the related organization which provide marriage courses.
