Therefore the metal objects will inevitably encounter the corrosion problems. According to the statistics in 1980s research survey of the United States, the cost of cars corrosion problem caused the money loss up to $ 20 billion every year. Moreover, automobile corrosion also caused great waste and living environment pollution on social resources. And it also results in serious car accidents. Therefore, the government agencies, institutions, automobile manufacturing industry and consumers all need to pay attention to the car corrosion problem. In this thesis, use of carbon steel AISI C1008 standard test piece is conducted by cyclic corrosion test. To simulate the actual use in environment situation, the brine, mud, salt and other corrosive conditions, were applied in standard test pieces. The before and after mass with thickness loss in the corrosion test was examined. The difference between simulated testing and the actual condition of corrosion are studied. Through the experimental study, we provide a possible car’s accelerated corrosion validation solution for vehicle designer and associated verification department. 黃宜正 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 77 zh-TW
