Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 運動學系運動與健康休閒碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of this study which is to investigate the high school soft tennis players. According to their different backgrounds, adding up variables on the perception of coache’s leadering behavior and team cohesion to analyze the difference, and use the analysis to describe the current situation and characteristics. This study take the contestants of soft tennis tournament, 105 national high school games as the objects. Besides, take the "player’s basic information", " coache’s leading behaviors scale" and "team cohesion scale" as the research tools, and use questionnaire to collect the research informations. Totally recycle 232 copies of questionnaires, after removing invalid questionnaires, we got 226 copies effective questionnaires in total, the effective questionnaires rate up to 97.41%, The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA analysis and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.The results for the survey were as below: (a) What perceived coache’s leading behavior needs the most is “training and instructions”, and the least is " autocracy ". (b) In terms of team cohesion, "personal affinity" needs the most, and the least is "interpersonal attraction". (c) Athletes with different genders, levels of education, training seniorities, and achievements of athletics performance are highly significant in the perceived coaches’ leading behavior. (d) Athletes with different genders, training seniorities, and achievements of athletics performance are highly significant in the team cohesion. (e) Soft tennis players reveal medium positive correlation in the coaches’ leading behavior and team cohesion. Keywords: Coache’s Leadership behavior, Team cohesion, Soft tennis
