This causes that the number of users served by base station increase or decrease.Re-allocating resources would be a direct solution but also bring heavy computing and longer operating time, thus it would be impractical for a frequently changing network environment. Therefore, we propose the dynamic resource allocation scheme. The dynamic resource allocation scheme doesn’t need to re-allocate all of the bandwidth resources, thus it can be regarded as a slight bandwidth adjustment scheme. It can immediately handle mobility of user devices to satisfy the system requirements. This scheme not only enhances the stability of the system, but also substantially reduces the computational complexity and computation time. In this thesis, I first introduces a static resource allocation scheme for femtocell user equipments, then discuss the dynamic situation for femtocell. The new entering user acts a pseudo base station for a dynamic resource allocating. In the sequel we discuss the static and dynamic resource allocation in hybrid macro/femto cellular networks.
