碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 104 === This goal of research is mainly to estimate the relationship among stressors, explanatory style, and emotional adjustment in the Lesbians and Gays adults. The research findings are summarized as followed: first, Lesbians and Gays adults feels more pressure in「the stressor of original family」,「the stressor of Legal Policy」；second, Lesbians and Gays adults explanatory style for positive and negative events tend to be pessimistic; third, Lesbians and Gays adults tends to use 「calm」、「reappraisal」; fourth,「the stressor of original family」,「the stressor of workplace adjustment」,「the stressor of partnerships」had difference in emotional adjustment strategies; fifth, stressors, explanatory style, and emotional adjustment are weak related to each other.
