Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 體育與健康休閒學系研究所 === 104 === In this study, we investigated differences in leisure benefits and well-being at sports and fitness clubs in New Taipei City, Taiwan, to understand the correlation between leisure benefits and well-being in their participants. The subjects of this study were sports and fitness participants in the Chiayi region. We distributed 800 questionnaires and recovered 654 valid ones with an effective scale recovery rate of 81.75%. Confirmatory analysis was performed using statistical methods such as t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and canonical correlation. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Leisure benefits varied in the sports and fitness club participants depending on their gender, age, marital status, occupation, education level, personal monthly income, hours of daily exercise, times of weekly exercise, times participating in different types of exercise each week, and the most common type of exercise participated. 2. Well-being varied in the sports and fitness club participants depending on their gender, age, marital status, occupation, education level, personal monthly income, hours of daily exercise, times of weekly exercise, and times participating in different types of exercise each week. 3. Leisure benefits and well-being were correlated in the sports and fitness club participants.
