Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 公共行政學系 === 104 === Abstract The research discusses cognitive aspects and relations toward working pressure and organizational commitment of field personnel of Coast Guard Administration Reconnaissance Brigade, and provides research results to related managers in guard administration of every district and head office as the reference of improving the working pressure of field personnel of Reconnaissance Brigade and elevating the organizational commitment of field personnel of Reconnaissance Brigade toward the units. Objects of the research were 20 field personnel of Reconnaissance Brigade in Taiwan. The research was conducted with questionnaires; issued 212 questionnaires and recovered 183 valid ones with recovery rate of 86.3%. Data of questionnaires is analyzed and explained with descriptive statistical analysis, T-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient. The research result shows: 1. Cognitive aspects of working pressure of field personnel of Reconnaissance Brigade are with significant difference due to different duties, identity of military or office personnel, and working locations. 2. Organizational commitment of field personnel of Reconnaissance Brigade has significant difference due to different identities of military or office personnel; cognitive aspects of organizational commitment of military inspectors are bigger than office inspectors. 3. Working pressure and organizational commitment of Reconnaissance Brigade field personnel show negative correlation, which means the higher the working pressure, the lower the organizational commitment is.
