| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防醫學院 === 公共衛生學研究所 === 104 === Background: The improvement of quantity and quality of the medical service in recent years, it not merly cure disease, instead of taking holistic care to the patients. The primary clinic care is the first care in the military units, hence, to provide prompt, adequate and well medical services to help soldier’s recover from diseases are very important. Objectives: The purposes of this study were to understand the importance and satisfaction to soldiers. Moreover the gap and potiention needs among services, also to analyze revisiting intention and the whole critics on service’s quality. Methods: The research was a cross- sectional study which recruited 1344 participants among military’s group. A structured questionnaire was specifically designed based on US Health Related Behaviors among Military Personnel. The content was based on the Opportunity Algorithm method which is to understand the importance and satisfaction among participant’s thoughts. The research which put medical services together and divided nine sections to the analysis. The data will analyze by SPSS Statistics 21.0. Results: Male soldiers take the most parts among the study, the criticism of the general importance which get high grades are clinic's environment (8.58±1.67) after using primary health care. Also, the criticism of the general satisfaction which soldier much more pleasing is the attitude of the doctors (7.78±1.86). There are eight aspects got significance except for doctor’s profession to the revisiting intention analysis. All aspects show significace in the satisfaction parts. It means that if soldier gives higher grades, they will willing to come back to the original clinics or infirmary. By linear regression, soldier's class is the only factor which can affect revisiting intention. Among the nine aspects of the primary health care quality indexes, only two aspects will raise revisting intention, first one is clinic's place and the second one is the the explanation of the treatment by doctors. In the satisfaction part which can affect revisiting intention is soldier’s class in model1. And model2 are clinic's place and the time of seeing doctor. Conclusion: Levels of the importance and satisfaction will affect patient's revisting intention. To improve medical service’s qualities, there are five priorities needs that need to be executed which are doctor's profession, clinic's environment, the process of the medical treatments, the translation of the treatment's results and the interaction between doctors and patients.
