Through the economic measure of “One Belt and One Road”, China strengthens the financial transformation. It can not only facilitate the market flow, but also expand the advantage and transformation of domestic industries. China's "Going Out" economic strategy will initiate its “proactive” approach in terms of development and national interests. Liu, Chiu-Ling 劉秋苓 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 177 zh-TW
