Thus, more and more teachers are using instant messaging to communicate with parents because of its convenience, ease of use and multi-function. The questionnaires were given to a sample of elementary school teachers in Tainan City. The study aims to examine the problems teacher faced when using IM to communicate with parents and the influences of the problems to behavioral intention of use.
