Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄餐旅大學 === 旅遊管理研究所 === 104 === The Kaohsiung City Bureau of Cultural Affairs took over the Pier-2 Art Center in 2006,starting a series of exhibitions and festivals such as the Kaohsiung Design Festival, the Chinese Character Exhibition, Kaohsiung International Steel & Iron Sculpture Festival, Kaohsiung International Container Art Festival, “Here comes the Kaohsiungers”, Mega Port Festival, The Wall Moon Theatre, Kaohsiung Youth Innovative Design Exhibition, Intertidal Region, Point & Wavy Ribbon Formation Performance Season etc. Every performance and exhibition filled the city with creative vibes injecting new life to the Pier-2 Art Center. In doing so, the center has continuously been presenting avant-garde perceptions and appearances, while building this port city into an attractive cultural and living hub.Pier-2 has now become on par with the rest of the artistic world where imagination, creativity, and animation has become solid building blocks for the future. Hereby this study expect to learn the status of the development of Cultural and Creative Industry and business strategy for sustainable development, in order to maintain its advantage to strengthen sustainable development. The study used a case study as a survey tool, mainly Pier-2 Art Center (or shop supervisor) for the survey. In the questionnaire content include Pier-2 Art Center (or shop supervisor) advantage situation for the business strategy of sustainable development and the importance of the critical success factors, basic materials and semi-open questions. The present study was conducted to collect the required data using in-depth interviews, interviews with policy overall cost leadership strategy,focus strategy and differentiation strategy given the industry select their current choice of policy results of the analysis summarized in the following discovery,the industry chose business strategy is the main factor in the differentiation strategy,differentiation strategy again "unique and innovative products", "providing customized products and services","provide exceed customer expectations of service","professional staff "for the sustainable development of business critical success factors,the above findings, giving recommendations and future research directions,provided to the industry as a permanent continued reference development.
