| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 海洋事務與產業管理碩士學位學程 === 104 === The yacht activity is one of the emerging marine leisure activities in Taiwan. In the recent years, the government promotes the economic development of the peripheral regions of harbors through released some berth of idle fishing port for yachts and constructed of yacht harbors to be utilized by the Yachting.
Recently Green port is the talk of the town in the world; however, most studies concentrate on commercial port. Thus, this study combined with a concept of the green port to evaluate the setting attributes of yacht harbor that to know the causal relationship among each influential factor, meanwhile, clarifies the importance of the setting attributes of yacht harbor. Then, we collected High-Involvement Participators of Yachting’ questionnaires at the Dapeng Bay yacht harbor to get scores of satisfaction for the Dapeng Bay yacht harbor.
The DANP(DEMATEL-based ANP, DANP) results of this study indicates that “Harbor climate”, “the Laws of Environmental Management”, ” Public Transport Connectivity”, and “Harbor Depth” was the crucial factor influencing other factors; “Having a Yacht Club”, “Environment Beautify”, “Surrounding Facilities”, “Harbor Berths”, and “Port Security” was the most significant key factor influenced by other factors. The weights of the results showed “Harbor Crowding” is the most important factor, followed by “Low-Pollution Infrastructure”, “Harbor security”, “Harbor Berths”, and “Having a Yacht Club”.
According to the results of the Dapeng Bay yacht harbor satisfaction findings, the majority of the High-Involvement Participators were male, between 21 and 40 years of age, indicated that yachting are most of the males. Through Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis found “port crowding”, “low-pollution Infrastructure”, “Harbor Charges”, and “Surrounding Facilities” are the priority for the Dapeng Bay yacht harbor to improve.
Based on the results, this study can be a reference for the related managerial units and entrepreneurs for further improvement and maintenance.
