Therefore, the study will create the "Investigation on the Mobile Service ", provide a reference guide for design APP mobile game of the local. In this study, revised Delphi verification of “Development Guidelines of Mobile Games APP Interface”. The specialists had Choose the goal of the mobile game, which was Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) was foundation set up "Investigation on the Mobile Service" for Behavior Intention of the Mobile game. In this study, mobile device is common, more and more the elderly used the mobile device for mobile game. So mobile game will be design, which consider the elderly in the future. Information Quality and System Quality will be stabilizing and positive, which will impact on the Behavior Intention. If mobile game doesn’t have Playfulness and virtual community, which cannot impact on the Behavior Intention.
