This study uses judgmental sampling to survey agents in property and casualty insurance companies, and received a total of 200 valid questionnaires. Using factor analysis, results show that married subjects show a higher extent of agreement than their unmarried counterparts on “false solicitation and job regulations” and “economic influences on property and casualty insurance.” Supervisors with 0~3 subordinates show a higher extent of agreement than those with 4~10 on “catastrophe-related insurance and reinsurance.” Subjects with 6~15 years of seniority show a higher extent of agreement than those with 1~5 years on “economic influences on property and casualty insurance.” Subjects whose income is and below NT$35,000 show a higher extent of agreement than those between NT$35001~45,000 on “insurance rates and market pricing.” Subjects from business units show a higher extent of agreement than those from underwriting units on “execution efficiency of underwriting procedure.” Conversely, subjects from underwriting units show a higher extent of agreement than those from business units on “abilities to manage underwriting profits.” Supervisors with 0~3, as well as 16 and more, subordinates show a higher extent of agreement than those with 4~10 on “execution efficiency of underwriting process.” Subjects aged 51~65 and 31~40, as well as married subjects, show a higher extent of agreement on “claims efficiency and improvement” than subjects aged 21~30 and unmarried subjects. Subjects from business units show a higher extent of agreement than those from underwriting and claims units on “claims agents’ professionalism.” Subjects from claims units show a higher extent of agreement than those from business units on “establishment of claims supervision mechanism.” Subjects from business and underwriting units show a higher extent of agreement on “claims regulatory compliance” than those from claims units. Supervisors with 16 and more subordinates, as well as subjects with 11~15 years of seniority, show a higher extent of agreement on “claims agents’ professionalism” than supervisors with 0~3 and 11~15 subordinates, as well as subjects with 1~5 years of seniority. none 周百隆 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 59 zh-TW
