However, previous studies related to service innovation have focused on the manufacturing industry, little theoretical and empirical work has linked with medical device service industry. Winchamp Medical Company is a Taiwan distributor specialized in medical device and was founded in August, 2004. Using the case study of Winchamp Medical Company, I analyze and examine how Winchamp Medical Company, under an oligopolistic market structure, can respond the changes of economic situation and succeed with the development of the times and succeed through using the service innovation strategy. In addition, we use the methodologies, including the SWOT and Porter''s Five Forces Model, collecting relevant literatures and expert interview, the key factors affecting success, company positioning and competitive strategy for Winchamp Medical Company are also examined. Finally, we make some recommendations to the authority, employers and employees.
