Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 104 === Since Google Scholar has been created, it can be used as an academic searching web to analyze results in different range of academic research. It provides not only the number of citations of a paper, but also shows those papers which cited such a paper. Usually, a released paper in this google scholar searching web is often considered as an academic performance for an academic scholar. Besides its inference of a released periodical, the number of citations also is an important reference. This research offers the released article samples taken from the teachers in National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology in Taiwan. These samples utilize the tools in Harzing''s Publish and Google Scholar to calculate the paper''s number of citations and the releasing publication numbers. The sample data of publication lists are retrieved from Science and Technology Academic research and development services Web, from 2006 to 2015.There are twenty departments, five colleges in this university. Totally, there are 3,485 articles been published. The total number of citations is 18,608. For colleges, the College of Engineering has the highest number of publication, which is 1,236, and the College of Management has the most number of citations, which is 10,023.However, for departments, the Department of Construction Engineering has the highest number of articles, which is 398, and the Department of Information Management has the highest number of citations, which is 7832.
