| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 104 === In recent years, with the popularity of the Internet has led to the rapid development of social media, social media has become an indispensable part of our daily lives, people use social media to participate in community mutual assistance and exchange discussion, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors of mutual assistance among community members, through social support, social network, social capital, social presence and cooperation help network to explore the causal structure, whether the community members have a sense of social well-being in the interactive communication, let the members of the community have a sense of social well-being willing to maintain the exchange interaction between the members of the community. This study found the following consequences: (1) Social support, social capital and social presence has a positive effect on get-help network. (2) Social support and social capital has a positive effect on give-help network. (3) Get-help network and give-help network have a positive effect on social well-being. Based on the above findings, put forward the research meaning in academic and practice, for follow-up study reference.
