Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 電子工程系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This thesis presents a 150W half-bridge LLC resonant converter with power factor correction (PFC) for supplying the stable and secure DC voltage to medical equipment. The circuit configuration consists of an active boost converter with PFC and a half-bridge LLC resonant converter. The L6563 produced by ST Microelectronics corporation is used as the controller of boost converter. Therefore, the Boost converter can achieve high power factor and high conversion efficiency by operating in boundary conduction mode (BCM); The L6599 made by ST Microelectronics corporation is applied to the controller of half-bridge LLC resonant converter. Besides, the half-bridge LLC resonant converter can reduce switching losses of power switch and electromagnetic interference (EMI) to promote the conversion efficiency and security by properly designing the parameter of resonant circuit and the switching frequency. In addition, the operation modes, parameter design and choice of device will be discussed in detail. A prototype of a 150W-LLC resonant converter with AC input 90VAC~260VAC and DC output 33V/4.54A of Class II isolation type which is cor-responded with Type BF leakage current rating (≦0.1mA) is constructed, used for Electric Hospital Bed. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed converter will be validated by measurement results.
