This study investigate competition IC testing industry, and company A as the research object, to learn how to create competitive advantages and its opportunities and threats currently facing, and try to provide practical policy recommendations. Because the policy is difficult to quantify, this study uses technical study, to understand the differences of the machine, and then use its operating advantages Competitive Strategy Study。
