How to improve or maintain the job satisfaction of the employees became a really important issue for the hospital manager.This study utilized Kano two-dimensional quality model, improvement index and importance-satisfaction model to investigate the quality attributes and priority of staff’s job satisfaction, to find a possible way for hospital manager to improve the staff’s job satisfaction The result suggest that, when used Kano two-dimensional quality model there are 28 items of one-dimensional quality elements, 2 must-be quality elements and 2 attractive quality element that affect the staff’s job satisfaction significantly. And accordion to the result, there is a nonlinear relationship between the work quality and satisfaction. Furthermore, when combining the improvement index and importance-satisfaction model, to greatly increase the job satisfaction, and reduce dissatisfaction of the staffs, the hospital manager can start from these three factors: 「emphasis on employee’s safety」, 「pay attention to fire-fighting equipment and training」, 「good communication with team members」.
