The bulk density of the current single motor equipped with the most number of industrial robots, for example, this type of sensor that is because of the price disadvantage is not suitable for monitoring the motor group of four to six units, but the application of industrial robots, for example, in response to future integration of industrial robots the industrial demand of 4.0, the operating state of all industrial robots, must be real-time control. In this study, in a static manner as the experimental measurement of not using rotating equipment stress caused by the at the time of operation, the strain and stress of analog measurement after rotation of the focus of the way, the stress conduction of status; the location of the present study experimental strain gauge affixed to pay the to the position of maximum strain as the experimental measurement mode. The paper referred to a non-direct-contact measurement technology, measuring the rotating parts of the situation, to the principles and design approach measurement equipment for some understanding. Early detection and early treatment for the view, and a strain gauge module as a combination assay rotated object because stress loads arising, conducted to the bearings, to indirectly measure, the bearing parts for stress detection point set to detect strain function of the way. In addition, this system simulation software as a match to simulate the bearing stress in the stress analysis as conduction of the depot, correctly and bearing parts detected strain measurement data of experiment, as an analysis of the distribution of the stress points.
