This study used the questionnaire to survey the high school teachers in Kaohsiung based on cluster sampling. To increase the number of teachers to answer, this study additionally used a virtual network questionnaire. “The questionnaire of Teachers’ Attitude Toward Technology” was used in this study which was divided into four dimensions, including the technology knowing, technology interest, technology problems and life technology. Expert validity, questionnaire pretest, factor analysis and reliability test were conducted for refining questionnaire. Finally, analyzing survey data, including descriptive statistics, independent-samples t test and one-way ANOVA analysis. The study found that teachers’ attitude toward technology in Kaohsiung showed medium-high degree. About teachers’ attitude toward technology, there were significant differences of variables: gender, seniority, job title, teaching field, frequency of Internet use, advanced studies and motion.
