Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to explore difference and relationship in background, training motivation, self-efficacy and vocational training achievements. This study is based on 232 valid questionnaire surveys from trainees of pre-service training courses in Kaohsiung-Pingtung-Penghu-Taitung Regional Branch, Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor. Using census approach, the census time of 2015 on June 29 to the end of September, when the number of training classes during this period must surveying more than half to accept. Each class started to train on different date, respectively, January 6, April 14 and July 14 in 2015. Training category contained electrician, computer, mechanical, electromechanical control, welding, management & service, the research results are as follows: 1. The training motivation of male trainees was higher than female trainees. 2. The self-efficacy of graduate trainees was higher than undergraduate trainees. 3. The self-efficacy of married trainees was higher than unmarried trainees. 4. There was a significant difference between different classes appears in the level of reaction. 5. Both of training motivation and self-efficacy are moderate positive relationship to vocational training achievements. 6. Trainees motivation and self-efficacy to vocational training achievements all have a linear relationship and the predictive power.
