Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 美術學系 === 104 === Abstract For the creative method, the author mainly uses photographing and realistic oil painting as media and hopefully to build a unique creative style with these two media. The thesis chiefly studies the mental characteristic of “Identity Moratorium” group by social psychologist Marcia(1980) based on the author’s mental state and personal perception in graduated school to express the psychological pressure of teenagers caused by the anxiety to unknown future. The author uses metaphor, metonymy, symbol and personification to express. With the symbols of toy soldier, such as tiny appearance, gathering tendency, copy of adult’s war to simulate the unease, uncertainty and the gap caused by playing different roles in the society before graduation. The appearance of armed toy soldier was used to satirize myself being unease and disguising to be mature when facing others; the number of toy soldier is to imply that the author’s life is like a chess and that the sorrow of being unable to control the future. For space expression, glass scratches and water stains are used to cover actual object, create a blurry, dim visual effect and conduct an experiment of transforming the relationship and connection of real and abstract. On account of the cover of glass, the object was affected by outer force and the visual image including the color of the appearance, texture and focal distance of edge change, which implies the gap between consciousness and unconsciousness. For space construction, the author apply objects in our daily life to build a huge space, such as glass bottle, gypsum, bottle, wood and paint brush. With the application of the color and texture of these wastes, the author reproduces the geographic landscape which is copied from real world to imply the relation between the image inside our mind and the image of real world.
