In order to break the framework for the survival, the corporations try every means to reform themself to pursue the competitive advantages, and they must rely on employees' knowledge, expertise and attitudes to achieve sustainable growth. This study focuses on the relationship of competent cognition of employees from technology sector and the competent assessment of employer, to understand the competent training needs of the department staff. The study used questionnaires and the samples were from set manufacturing R & D department. The executives and employees filled the same content of the questionnaire. 18 subordinate and supervisor questionnaires were issued and 18 recalled, which means the effective recall rate is 100%. The results showed that there were significant differences in light of the achievement-oriented, team work, planning and technical implementation, knowledge integration, conceptual thinking , with the degree of importance and status of the knowledge and skills. Finally, we provided some suggestions for the design of training programs and competence development for relative corporations. 劉維寧 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
