In talent management, to develop employees’ utmost contribution and to achieve organizations’ missions, a comprehensive incentive system with adequate management to inspire employees’ motivation and to further enhance innovation performance are necessary. This research, using the convenience sampling method, collected 246 valid questionnaires from service industry workers. SPSS Statistics software was applied to run descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability, correlation and multiple regression. This study try to analyze how mis-conducts of managers impact employees’ innovation performance and also reviews the moderating effect of incentive system between above mentioned variables. The result of this research as mis-conducts of managers negative affects innovation performance. Incentive system positively affects innovation performance. The promote and salary of incentive system moderate the affection of mis-conducts of managers to innovation performance. The workfare of incentive system do not moderate the affection of mis-conducts of managers to innovation performance. It is hoped that the findings of this research can provide service industry with a guideline to correct mis-conducts of managers and to form an incentive system that will lead to improve the organization’s innovation performance.
