Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 104 === A Study on Perception, Attitude and Consumer Behavior of Students toward Food Additive - an Example of a Junior High School in Kaohsiung City ABSTRACT This study aimed to understand a junior high school students' perception, attitude and consumer behavior of food additives, and discusses their relevance. The questionnaire was self-designed and was conducted with 270 students. There were 253 valid samples. The data were analyzed by doing descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. Based on the results, the students' perception, attitude and consumer behavior of food additives showed positive on the whole. About ninety percent of their information came from mass communication. Teacher's lecture, information from friends, internet as well as books affected students' perception. The factors influence attitude students such as grade of students and information from teachers. Gender, grades, the different occupations of students' fathers and information from teachers influenced students' consumer behavior. There is a significant correlation between each of perception, attitude and consumer behavior. Key words: food additives, perception, attitude, consuming behavior
