The government had actively promoted the programs of “Rebuild Case of Vocational Education” and “Developable Case of Industry-Academic Cooperation”, which goals were mainly to narrow the gap between vocational education and industrial needs. Schools combined the theories and practices by adopting extramural internship, which enabled students to develop practical experiences and professional skills. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the different backgrounds (such as gender, grade, aresidence, and so on) of vocational school students in Penghu with differences and relationships between intership satisfaction and students’ carrer choices by using questionnaire method. The subjects of this study where the students who attended the extramural course of National Penghu Marine and Fishery Vocational High School. There were 246 questionnaires which delivered to the subjects, and 234 returned. The valid return rate was 95%. The results showed the significant difference of different gender in internship satisfaction and carrer choices, and the other personal background variables were no significant differences. Student’s internship satisfaction will positively affect student’s career choices. According to the study conclusions, which were proposed several recommendations for schools, industries, government, students and future research.
