The goal of this paper is to present the interaction between a mentor and intern teachers, teaching strategy adoption, practical experience transfer, and reflection in the author’s half-year period of being a mentor. In addition, the paper hopes to provide examples of on-site preschool internship, experience transfer, interaction through narration and reflection of incidents. Besides, this paper hopes to help intern teachers advance in teaching through discussing how a mentor interacts with intern teachers with different strategies. Based on qualitative analysis and interviews, this research hopes to reach the purpose through in-depth interviews with document analysis. Through story narration and analysis, this paper reaches the conclusions as follows: 1. It shows a significant correlation between mentoring relationship and the result of internship 2. How mentoring relationship influences intern teachers are as follows: a. The influence on the profession of teaching b. The influence on societal development c.
