The cooperation between schools, strategic alliance and school consolidation can integrate the small-scale public schools to enhance the competitive advantage. Aligning with the government’s educational reform policy, National Pingtung University was formed by consolidating the former National Pingtung University of Education and National Pingtung Institute of Commerce on August 1, 2014 to integrate the resources of higher education. This study aims to explore the relationships between organization change, organization commitment, knowledge sharing, and work performance. This study compares the variance of different background variables on these four variables and verifies hypotheses. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method and takes the administrative staff of National Pingtung University as the study subjects. We compile the questionnaire of “The Relationships between Organization Change, Organization Commitment, Knowledge Sharing and Work Performance” to carry out the survey. We issue 207 copies of formal questionnaires. This study conducts statistical analysis including factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The major conclusions are as follows: 1.Organization change has a positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing. 2.Organization change has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment. 3.Organization commitment has a positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing. 4.Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant influence on work performance. 5.Knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between organization change and work performance. 6.Knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between organization commitment and work performance. Finally, based on the above results, this study provides the concrete suggestions for the administrative authorities and the administrative staff of the schools and the follow-up researchers.
