Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 104 === In recent years, recycled products remanufacturing processing which is regarded as a senior form has increasingly been taken seriously due to the rising strict environmental legislation system and the ever growing environmental awareness. In practice, the quality of the recycled items and the purchasing price governs the quality of the remanufacture process. This thesis develops two integrated production–inventory models to determine the optimal policies with both carbon emission and defective items under a single-vendor single-buyer system. Two solution procedures are proposed to optimize the production, recycling and transportation strategy with respect so that expected values of total integrated inventory costs are minimum. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the proposed models. Finally, sensitivity analyses of the models are performed, and two decision support systems have been developed to illustrate the application of the models.
