Also, with the development trend of recreational sport, many companies and organizations in sport industry provide various types of edutainment product. However, significant issues of how to ensure the service quality of camp activities as well as safety for children arise. Therefore, the edutainment camp instructors play an important role. Based on above background, the purpose of this study is to establish the level of professional competency physical education edutainment camp instructors (PEECI)should possess, and to develop a competency weight for each level. The “PEECI professional competency” questionnaire was used to collect data, and each questionnaire was processed three times using Delphi and AHP techniques. Data were processed using Expert Choice 11 and SPSS 17.0software, and the mean, standard deviation, and weight was statistically analyzed. Core competencies (31%), performing an assessment (24h%), basic knowledge (18%) resource planning (14%), leadership and management (13%) of the five dimensions,10 sub-facetsand55 elements.Finally, according to the study results, recommendations are provided to physical education policy practitioners and companies and organizations in choosing and training instructors as well to act as reference for certificate system.
