Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 客家文化產業研究所 === 104 === The Hakka people have a very diligent tradition influenced by Confucianism and that makes their thrifty personality. However, under the globalization and information explosion, we wonder whether the unyielding spirit of the Hakka still persist .
The main purpose of the study was to explore the different personalities of university students in the traditional Hakka village by using the CPAS (Career Personality Aptitude System). The sample was adopted from the university students who accepted the CPAS test of Employment counseling room of National Pingtung university of science and technology. This study applied the descriptive statistics, One-sample t-Test, Independent-sample t-Test and One-Way ANOVA for data analysis.The results are as follows:
1.The average of all CPAS items in the sample school is lower than the norm. There are 7 out of 12 items of the sample school are lower than the average of university of entire country.
2.There is no significant difference in CPAS items between the North and the South Hakka village.
3.There are 4 out of 12 CPAS items reaching the significant difference in CPAS items between gender of the North and the South Hakka village. The average of male is higher than female in directive, innovative and flexible orientation. The average of female is higher than male in the empathy orientation.
4.There is no significant difference in CPAS items between the traditional Hakka village and the Non-Hakka village.
5.There is no significant difference in CPAS items among the different areas of Hakka villages which were divided into city area, suburb area and country area by the Urban planning law.
