Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 104 === Abstract The research explores why employment competitiveness of indigenous young people in Taiwan is improving and what obstacles indigenous young people in Taiwan are meeting when looking for a job or in job. And the research finds out the relationship between these obstacles and job opportunities. Faced with changing and multiplex labor markets, indigenous young people in Taiwan have to work harder to acquire knowledge, keep enthusiastic, improve their employment competitiveness with positive, optimistic and ambitious attitudes. In the way of qualitative research, based on World citizen cafe and literature analysis, the research makes use of the profound discussion and communication between indigenous young people in Taiwan (learning or having graduated) and government officials (of Indigenous Nation Committee, providing services and information for employment). After systematically sorting out, arranging and analyzing these materials, the research draws on a conclusion. Finally according to the material summary and analysis results, the research can be a reference on improving employment competitiveness for indigenous young people in Taiwan and concerned companies. And the research also provides short-term, medium-term and long-term development strategies for practices and suggestions for the government and concerned companies on strategic suggestions, job matching and career training. The research mainly explores the factors that influence employment competitiveness of indigenous young people in Taiwan. After collecting materials in many ways and conducting profound talks (discussions), and sorting out and analyzing materials, we have two findings: one is that indigenous young people in Taiwan who are looking for jobs or already in job encounter many obstacles and injuries, many of which are complex factors that are combined with uncertainties from the external environment and certainties from the internal self. Only through improving professional abilities and accumulating experiences that are related to workplace can avoid or improve the awkward situation (environment). Another finding is that according to the working habits of indigenous nations, the government should help build a working environment in which indigenous nations in Taiwan are the autonomous subject and establish labor policies with different properties to exploit job opportunities. And with upholding the spirits to considering the wills of indigenous nations and have them decide on their own, the government should also have indigenous young people in Taiwan decide the working environment that is beneficial to them so as to create their own career opportunities.
