Uber was valued at over $50 billion since its establishment five years ago. It is the largest taxi company without its own taxis. Airbnb is seven years old and is valued at $25.5 billion. It is the largest accommodation provider without its own hotels. These two are the first and the third among the start-up companies for company value. Sharing economy includes the no production, the idle use, the operating platform, social features, evaluation systems, big data collection, mobile payment and so on. Recently, Chinese economy growing less steeply with excessing manufacturing capacity, but also brings a huge potential value. With the explosive growth in the internet industry, the popularity of smart devices and mobile payment, people are more likely to try new stuff. The study benefits from all above and will discuss the business model behind the scene. In the study, we use two cases discussing Didi inc. and Airbnb. Here we have a detailed analysis of the development of them, their profit models, as well as the entire shared patterns brought even with the government''s control, etc.. In the meantime, we focus on the key aspects of the patterns of sharing economy. Also, the study of the roles these aspects playing as well as their mutual relations were included. The study explores the pattern of the sharing economy and have built its frame diagram, which can help newcomers understand the key aspects of its pattern so that they can build their career wisely with it. Although there is some challenge for the beginners. Such as huge fund in the beginning, business honesty, security restrictions, high expectations of the experience, barriers from the government control, extended features on social functions. These can be improved by the following managers. These business models and concluded that shared economic architecture diagram, this architecture can help to enter this field of industry more intuitive understanding of the shared economy key points, more advantageously layout of their own careers and the efforts direction. Of course, like any new industry, there will be many challenges initially: including the initial capital investment, transaction integrity and security constraints, high user-experience requirements, restrictions from the government, the extension of social features and so on.
