碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 國際經營管理碩士學程 === 104 === Since 2010, with the success of Kickstarter in the United States, the concept of crowdfunding has spread out in Asia. There are more and more crowdfunding platforms established since then. More and more people start their own business basing on the Internet. They also share their experience and provide resources to others. Although there are many resources on the Internet which are easily accessible, entrepreneurs must have strong will and curiosity to use them well and make the business work. Reid Hoffman and Ben Casnocha mentioned an important idea in the book “The START-UP OF YOU”. Entrepreneur cannot make achievement and thrive without help. The existence of Startups Accelerators or crowdfunding platforms is for one reason, to stimulate the market. My thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is about comparing the differences between crowdfunding platforms and how Internet influences startup business. The second part focuses on the building of Internet power. The third part mentions the future development of Asian start up market and the market circumstance of South-East Asia.
