traveling independently rather than package tour that the type of journey changes from
sightseeing to immersing the local experiences in particular secluded places. For this
reason, one of the innovative production named "Tours and Activities" is thriving which
categorizes variety items separating an entire package to each single and unique feature
such as adventure, discover activities, tickets and so forth. Hence, clients can customize
their itinerary by choosing the composition depending on their own requirements.
This research paper aims to survey KKday which is the pioneer of " Local Tour
Platform" in Taiwan. We establish an advanced local tour platform by analyzing KKday
and attempting to optimize it based on the requirement from customers. Furthermore,
we combine the concept such as interaction and real time response in the business
model. To satisfy the trend of mobile commerce, our scheme will provide real time
information and services such as food, transportation, entertainment, shopping
instruction at the destination. Therefore, to achieve this target, we associate our platform
and the local merchandises in online to offline click and mortar. Consequently, we
design an itinerary comparing with different systems to explain that how lucrative can
be generated. As a result, an enterprise can establish a local tour platform according to
our research.
