Regularly oral examination helps people maintain their own oral helath, dedects early oral problems and corrects the misconceptions of oral hygiene immediately. Avoiding the oral problems deteriorating to become the serious proplems. It’ll cause citizens to spend much more money to deal with all the problems. According to the first phase of the health service model that proposed by Andersen, the study is using the slight adjustments of the present study in order to arrange the independent variable and dependent variables efficiently. The study separates the dependent variables into tendency factor, enabling factor, needing factor and health behavioral factor. Method: The Research Sources is from the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) 2009.Deleting the missing values in the dataset, 18,079 observations rest. Operating statistical software STATA12 to statistics descriptive statistics, T test, chi-square test, logic regression and hierarchical logistic regression.In order to find the factors of regular dental check-ups much more efficiently. Results: Non-regularly having oral examination results from elder age,without medical obstacles, perceived self general health average, conscious self dental condition good.According to the above statements that are the tendencies of non-regular dental check-ups. Conclusion: The factors which affecting whether citizens with regualr oral examination has significantly differences. These factors including age factor in tendency factor, medical obstacles factor in enabling factor,conscious self dental/body condition factor in needing factors. Understanding the reasons why citizens unwilling having the dental care utilizations. In connection with these factors to start oral prevention operation and aid citiznes to build the proper conception toward the oral cleaning ways.
