A study of the relationships among spectors' motivation, satisfaction and loyalty－ Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship as an example

碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 運動管理學系碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the spectator’s motivation, satisfaction and loyalty by the spectator of Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship.The data analyzed in this research were acquired by questionnaires. This study selected the spectator of Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship as the subjects by convenience sampling.Out of the 700 questionnaires distributed, 436 valid copies were collected, reaching to the rate of 62.29%. The hypothesis was evaluated by analyzing the results with descriptive statistics, item analysis, explanatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, MANOVA, path analysis and Pearson product-moment correlation. The summary of results as the following :(1) Participants with different background showed significant differences in spectator’s motivation, satisfaction and loyalty.(2) There was a positive correlation between spectator’s motivation and satisfaction.(3) There was a positive correlation between spectator’s satisfaction and loyalty.(4) There was a positive correlation between spectator’s motivation and loyalty.
