| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 運動事業管理學系碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate feasibility study on the establishment of anational baseball training center for Chiayi country. In addition, it’s to understand the current situation of baseball development condition and environmence, consideration factors and the purpose of set up which are in order to provide the references of making relevant policies for each department.
Through document investigation, analysis of PEST and SWOT, questionnaire and interview survey to do descriptive statistics analysis on SPSS for Windows 12.0.
The result indicated that the objects of the test and interview possess positive attitude. Only the government implements a well-designed subsidy projects, makes plans and combines different companies, opens up for community to participate and manage, reduces operation costs effectively, will be able to lead a way to success.
