The research utilized the questionnaire research method, using the questionnaire titled “Questionnaire on the Organizational Climate, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction of Preschool Educators in the Central Taiwan Area” as the main research tool. A total of 1098 copies were distributed, with 953 collected as effective samples for analysis. The study then applied descriptive statistics, t-tests, single-factor ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation as methods for statistical analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: i.Preschool educators in the Central Taiwan area rate the overall organizational climate of preschools as above average, with the most common perception being “Support”. In descending order based on perception rankings among the respondents, “Instruction”, “Alienation”, “Colleagues”, and “Closeness” were next, followed lastly by “Restriction”. In the area of preschool organizational commitment, respondents gave a rating of above average, with the highest level of perception being “Effort Commitment”, followed by “Identification Commitment”, and with “Retention Commitment” ranking last. The level of job satisfaction among preschool educators was rated as average, where “Self-worth” was rated as the highest factor, followed by “Working environment” and “salary and Benefits”, with “Continuing Education and Promotion” ranking last. ii.The overall organizational climate of preschools showed discrepancies that were impacted by varying factors such as the “Age”, “Years of experience”, “salary”, “Teaching area within the country”, and “School type” of the preschool educators. iii.The overall organizational commitment of preschools showed discrepancies that were attributed to varying factors such as the “Age”, “Years of experience”, “salary”, “Teaching area within the country”, “Possession of teaching certificate”, and “School type” of the preschool educators. iv.The overall level of job satisfaction at preschools showed discrepancies associated with varying factors such as “Education level”, “Teaching area within the country”, and “School type” of the preschool educators. v.Cross analyzation of the data sets from the surveyed preschool educators and the preschools’ “organizational climate and organizational commitment”, “organizational commitment and job satisfaction”, as well as “job satisfaction and organizational climate” all displayed a moderate positive correlation. The results of this study can be used as suggestions and reference for preschools, preschool educators, government agencies, educational authorities, and future researchers.
