The researcher sets the following research questions to discuss the usability of the system: (1) What’s the usability of mobile device applications with interative affective tutoring system? (2) What’s the user interaction satisfaction of the system? Seventy-five graduated students were recruited as subjects for the research. This study is quantification research and designing with questionnaire survey, collecting data via system usability scale and questionnaire for user interaction satisfaction. The result shows that the usability of the system is “good” and the user interaction satisfaction of the system is “good”. Finally, learning through the affective learning system can effectively improve academic performance. Emotional feedback mechanism of the system can guide the subject's positive to the emotional development, and enhance the emotional and effectiveness of learning.
